Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling in your country of residence (whichever is higher), to create an Account or place Bets. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Local law responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing or using Aussie Play through aussieplay-au.com is lawful in your jurisdiction. In particular, Australian residents should note that Aussie Play is treated by ACMA as an illegal offshore gambling service and is not licensed in Australia. You acknowledge that you have no consumer protection under Australian gambling law in relation to the services of the Operator.
- One account policy: You may only hold one Account with the Operator per person, household, IP address, device or payment method, unless expressly authorised in writing. Duplicate Accounts may be closed and any Bonuses voided.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form with accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, and any additional details requested. The Operator may request further information at any time.
- Email verification: After registration, you may be required to verify your email address by following a link or code sent to the email you provided. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions or closure of your Account.
- KYC and identity checks: Before allowing deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals, the Operator may conduct KYC checks. You may be required to provide documents such as:
- Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence or national ID);
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar, usually not older than 3 months);
- Proof of ownership of payment methods used (e.g. bank statement, card copy with sensitive data obscured, or e-wallet screenshot).
- Account approval: The Operator reserves the right to approve, refuse, or later suspend or close any Account at its discretion, including where it is unable to verify your identity or where your use of the services may be unlawful or contrary to these Terms.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Site is true, accurate and up to date. You must promptly inform the Operator of any changes to your details. Providing false or misleading information may result in Account suspension, voiding of Bets, forfeiture of Bonuses and/or closure of your Account.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your devices. Any activity carried out under your username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
- Personal use only: Your Account is for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not allow any third party to use your Account, transfer or sell your Account, or act on behalf of any other person in connection with the Site.
- Prohibited conduct: You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of Applicable Law or these Terms;
- Use VPNs, proxies or similar tools to disguise your location where this would circumvent applicable restrictions or regulatory orders (including ACMA blocking orders directed at Aussie Play domains);
- Engage in fraudulent, collusive, or deceptive practices, including bonus abuse or chargebacks.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information provided by the game supplier or displayed within the Game. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted those Game rules.
- Stake limits: Minimum and maximum Bets vary by Game and are displayed in the Game interface. You agree not to attempt to place Bets outside the permitted range. The Operator may set additional Account-level limits (for example, weekly withdrawal limits often reported as approximately 2,500 AUD) and may adjust limits at any time.
- Availability: The Operator does not guarantee the availability of any particular Game at any time. Games may be added, changed, suspended or removed at the Operator's discretion.
Placing, Modifying and Cancelling Bets
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and reflected in your Game balance. Once a Bet is accepted, you cannot usually modify or cancel it.
- Errors and malfunctions: In the event of an obvious error (including technical malfunction, misconfiguration of odds or paytables, or software bug), the Operator may declare affected Bets void, reverse transactions, and correct balances. Gameplay results produced during a technical malfunction, including incorrect Game behaviour or displayed payouts, may be considered invalid.
- Disconnection rules: If you are disconnected from the Site or a Game due to internet or device issues:
- In most slot and RNG Games, the outcome will be completed on the server and reflected in your balance upon reconnection;
- For live dealer or time-sensitive Games, any Bet already accepted will usually stand, and the result will be determined by the Game provider;
- The Operator is not responsible for losses resulting from your connectivity issues.
- Disputed results: The Operator's records, together with those of its game suppliers, will be conclusive evidence of all Bets, outcomes and transactions. If game logs and displayed results differ, the server logs will prevail.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Interactions
- Respectful behaviour: When interacting with live dealers, support staff, or other Players via chat or similar features, you must:
- Refrain from insults, threats, harassment, discriminatory or hateful speech;
- Not share offensive, obscene, or illegal content;
- Not promote competing services, commercial offers or spam.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
- Collude with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use bots, automated systems, or exploit software bugs;
- Engage in any activity that manipulates results or breaches Game integrity.
- Enforcement: The Operator may disable chat, restrict access to Games, suspend or close your Account, and/or void Bets and winnings in the event of abusive, fraudulent or otherwise unacceptable behaviour.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses, including welcome packages, reload Bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotions. Each Bonus is governed by these general Bonus Terms and by specific terms stated in the promotional materials.
- Activation: Bonuses may be credited:
- Automatically upon registration or deposit;
- By entering a bonus code during deposit or in your Account area;
- Manually by customer support, at the Operator's discretion.
- Eligibility criteria: Bonuses may be limited to certain countries, payment methods, or player segments. The Operator may exclude Players based on risk, suspected bonus abuse, or regulatory considerations. Offshore access from Australia, where Aussie Play is subject to ACMA blocking orders, does not create any entitlement to promotions and may result in exclusion.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering obligation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Deposit Bonuses generally require wagering a specified multiple of the Bonus amount, deposit amount, or both (for example, 35x Bonus);
- Free spin winnings are usually converted into Bonus funds that must be wagered before withdrawal.
- Contribution of Games: Not all Games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Common rules (which may be varied by the Operator) include:
- Slots: 100% of Bet amount;
- Table Games / Video Poker / Live Casino: 0 - 20% or excluded entirely from wagering;
- Progressive jackpots: generally excluded.
- Time limits: Bonuses and their wagering requirements must usually be completed within a specific period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). After the relevant period expires, any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Unless otherwise stated, any reference to expiry or promotional periods in 2025 is deemed extended or adjusted to 2026 in line with updated promotions.
- Maximum Bet with Bonus funds: While wagering an active Bonus, you may be subject to a maximum Bet per spin or per round (for example, 10 AUD or a similar amount in the Account currency). Exceeding the maximum Bet can result in confiscation of winnings and cancellation of the Bonus.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Restricted Games: Certain Games or Game providers may be excluded from Bonus play or limited geographically. Playing excluded Games while a Bonus is active may lead to:
- Non-qualification of such Bets towards wagering;
- Reversal of winnings from those Games;
- Cancellation of the Bonus, at the Operator's discretion.
- Bonus abuse: The following, without limitation, may be treated as Bonus abuse:
- Opening multiple Accounts to claim repeated Bonuses;
- Using progressively higher Bets after winning to clear wagering disproportionately ("value betting" based on Bonus risk-free play);
- Delaying Game rounds, such as free spins or bonus features, for later use after requirements are met;
- Depositing to trigger a Bonus and then strategically withdrawing most of the Real Money Balance while leaving only the Bonus to wager.
Combining Promotions
- One Bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus is allowed per Account at any given time. You may not combine multiple deposit Bonuses or promotions for the same deposit.
- Order of funds: The standard order of play is that Real Money Balance is wagered before Bonus Balance. If you cancel a Bonus, the Bonus Balance (and any winnings derived from it) may be forfeited, while remaining Real Money Balance is usually retained.
- Changes and cancellation: The Operator may modify, suspend or terminate any Bonus or promotion at any time, including for individual Players, subject to honouring already-earned rights where required by Applicable Law.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Operator may support a range of deposit methods, including:
- Credit and debit cards;
- E-wallets and payment processors;
- Prepaid cards or vouchers;
- Certain cryptocurrencies, where permitted by the Operator and Applicable Law.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction or per period. You may also be able to set your own deposit limits through Responsible Gambling Tools, where available.
- Fees: The Operator seeks to disclose any deposit fees in advance. However, your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider or crypto exchange may charge additional fees or treat transactions as cash advances. You are responsible for such third-party charges.
- Funding source: You must only deposit using payment methods that are legally and beneficially owned by you. Using third-party or business accounts without proper authorisation is prohibited and may result in reversed transactions or Account closure.
Withdrawals
- Eligibility and verification: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may:
- Require completion of KYC checks and verification of your identity, address and payment methods;
- Request additional information in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or misuse of payment instruments.
- Methods and limits: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for deposits, where possible. If this is not feasible, alternative methods may be offered. The Operator may impose:
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction;
- Weekly or monthly withdrawal caps (commonly reported as around 2,500 AUD per week for many Players, although specific limits may vary);
- Additional checks for large or unusual withdrawals.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, such as 1 - 5 Business Days, subject to successful verification. Actual receipt times depend on your payment provider and may be longer. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be affected by network congestion and confirmation requirements.
- Pending withdrawals and reversals: You may be allowed to cancel a pending withdrawal and return funds to your playable balance before processing begins. Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed by the Operator. You acknowledge that using withdrawal reversal to continue gambling may increase your risk of loss.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Funds
- Refunds of Bets: Bets already settled based on valid Game outcomes are generally non-refundable. The Operator may, at its sole discretion, void or refund Bets in specific circumstances, such as technical errors or Game malfunctions, and will adjust your balance accordingly.
- Chargebacks: You must not request or initiate chargebacks with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with the Operator. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to:
- Immediate suspension or closure of your Account;
- Recovery of chargeback amounts, fees and related costs from your balances or future deposits;
- Reporting of your details to relevant payment processors, anti-fraud databases or authorities, where lawful.
- Bonus funds and withdrawals: Withdrawals of winnings derived from Bonuses are only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements and conditions are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the Operator may:
- Process the withdrawal of your Real Money Balance only and forfeit the Bonus Balance; or
- Cancel the withdrawal and require continued play to meet requirements;
- Void winnings linked to non-compliant Bonus play.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to ensure that Games offered through Aussie Play are fair, that random number generator (RNG) software functions as intended, and that Game outcomes are determined without manipulation. However, third-party certifications or independent audits may not always be publicly available, and you accept this risk.
- Accuracy of information: While efforts are made to keep information on aussieplay-au.com accurate and up to date, including Game descriptions, Bonuses, odds, limits and terms, errors or omissions may occur. The Operator reserves the right to correct such errors at any time and to adjust your balance where reasonable.
- Service availability: The Operator strives to provide continuous access to the Site and Games but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
- Hardware or software failures on your device;
- Network interruptions, internet outages or latency;
- Denial-of-service attacks, viruses or malicious code affecting your access to the Site.
- Regulatory actions and access blocks: You acknowledge that Aussie Play-related domains have been the subject of ACMA blocking orders as an illegal offshore gambling service under the Australian Interactive Gambling Act 2001. The Operator and Aussie Play accept no liability for:
- ISP-level blocking or restricted access from Australia or other jurisdictions;
- Any lack of consumer protection or recourse under Australian law;
- Consequences of your decision to access or attempt to access the Site in contravention of local regulations.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator will not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, business, contracts, goodwill or data;
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of your use of the Site or Games.
Maximum Liability and Indemnity
- Cap on liability: Subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising from or in connection with the Site, your Account, any Game or these Terms (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) will not exceed:
- The amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the disputed matter; or
- The total amount of Real Money Balance deposited by you and remaining in your Account at the time of the event, whichever is lower.
- Your indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms or Applicable Law;
- Your use or misuse of the Site or Games;
- Your violation of the rights of any third party.

- You have provided false or misleading information;
- You have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct;

- Funds and refunds:
- Where your Account is closed at your request, and there is no evidence of breach or unlawful activity, any remaining Real Money Balance will generally be paid out to you, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
- Where your Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity, the Operator may withhold or confiscate Bonus funds and associated winnings and, where permitted by law, Real Money Balance reasonably connected to the breach.
- Access and data: Upon termination, you lose access to your Account and may no longer use the Site or Games. The Operator may retain your data as required or permitted by law, including for anti-fraud and regulatory purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
